are various mobile phone packages ranging
from £10 per month where it offers 100 hundred minutes and 100
text (24 month contract) to £40 a month with 1200 minutes and
500 texts on an 18 month contract. Of course there are SIM only offers
where the customers already have a phone that they use and do not
need a new one which allows for the same amount of minutes and text
for £10 and only based on a 30 day contract. Also it will only
cost the customer £25 a month if they take up a SIM only contract
for 12 months to benefit from the £40 per month package.
On top
of the monthly packages however, there are free inclusive Flexible
Boosters which can be added on each package including unlimited texts,
unlimited landline, unlimited internet, the EU talk and text and many
more – this can be changed every 30 days.
Getting
through to T-mobile is also pretty straightforward with their contact
centres located in various parts of the UK and the customer service
team are usually pretty helpful. If there are any problems with the
customer service provided, feedback can be submitted easily on their
site or via their free text which is received after every call to
them. T-mobile is a great network with lots of beneficial tariffs
to choose from and great customer service offered.
